Excellent product
Really excellent flour for bread making, pizzas, sourdough etc - superior to anything available in the UK. The closest you'll ever get, in this country, to French bread. Bonus: it arrived two weeks before the due date. Bought another sack for my son, and will buy again. My vast supply is already diminishing...
