BOOMco. Whipblast Blaster

My kids LOVE Nerf guns and have way too many! We have purchased different brands of similar style guns over the years and have always been disappointed. When my son asked for a BOOMco. for his 10th birthday, I was hesitant. I'm glad he was persistent, because these blasters are awesome!The darts are like thick, heavy duty straws and I think they shoot better and farther than any foam Nerf dart. The tip feels almost rubbery, not sticky. They stick great to the targets, but do not stick to anything else.We purchased two larger BOOMco. blasters along with this Whipblast. You cock the gun by sliding it downward on the circular part of the handle and then whipping it upward. Even though you do have to do this before each shot, it never gets old and is simple enough for my 4 year old to maneuver. Fun for any and every age!

The Boomco products are way better than nerf in my opinion and I honestly have no clue why they're not blowing up the market. The darts are much sturdier, they fire farther, the guns work better and the whole system is just generally far more fun than the others we've tried. This gun has an awesome fire and re-load mechanism that rocks! Just wish it would fire like a revolver instead of one dart at a time. Still, even with that shortfall, I highly recommend this system!

The darts do not stick to clothing and nor could we get them to stick to the target board that it came with unless you manually placed them on the board. The darts do have good blasting power and go I would say 8-10 feet when fired. The hype on the commercial is made for T.V. only. They are compatible to Nerf as far as price. I got them for an 8 yr old boy so he was pleased with them.

I love these guns, they go really fast and far for stock. It is a fun concept and makes you feel like something from borderlands or something, great cosplay guns, or kids or adults alike who like shooting for fun, and or modding guns. They are parallel to nerf or supposed to be, but really they're a bit different they use a straw like dart with rubbed, unlike foam with rubber. They are really soft tips, and really do only stick to the special paper(which is parallel with just normal photo paper, but if you use that don't draw on it too much because it ruins the pores and it doesnt' stck right)

This is an awesome toy! I bought it as a Christmas gift for my 7 year old son who loves Nerf guns. Way. Better. Than. Nerf. The darts stick to everything without a suction cup. The cocking action on this gun is very cool and my son really likes the "fins" that pop out on the side of the gun. I will buy more Boom Co guns in the future. Fast shipping. Very satisfied!

This single shot pistol isn't as accurate as the farshot but its whipping action is very fun. My only grip is that when you squeeze the trigger, your second finger naturally rests againt the secondary trigger which disengages the primary trigger and allows for priming. There's a ridge where you can rest your second (middle) finger but it takes a little getting used to.

The gun was delivered early, and in perfect condition. My son and I really love it. Well, him more than me... For some reason, he loves shooting me, and I never end up getting a turn. Lol...
