I have been on the search for a cotton/elastine blended fabric brief in a traditional fly front style. Most are low rise or skimpy and don't provide full coverage. I am a 35" waist, 5' 9" and 175 lbs. I purchased the medium size based on recommendation. I didn't find the fuller cut an issue, as the mediums are a bit small on me. The fabric pulls a bit tighter than I am used to, but holds everything in place without binding. The elastic in the legs does not stretch out, allowing no gaps or accidental fall out. My biggest complaint; the crotch area in particular needs some sort of pouch or gussett. The material provides good support, however my junk gets pushed down lower in the crotch than I prefer. Although the medium is a bit tight, it is a given the Large size would be too big for me. I have found briefs made with this fabric need a narrower size range, like 34/35" instead of 32-35". Otherwise the addition of polyester or similar material into the fabric blend or less percentage of elastine might reduce the aggressive tight nature of the fabric therefore allowing for a broader size range. The Gildan Cotton Stretch briefs (same fabric blend) in medium are a better fit and not as tight all around.

I love the hidden wasteband and the “no tag” feature. The fit so comfortably that I hardly know I’m wearing any.

All three elastic bands are better than all the different manufacturers I tried. Now I will test for the longevity.

Very very narrow in the crotch, and very high waisted.

If you're going to compare these to Hanes in terms of fit, don't. These are clearly for people with longer torso's/midsections. They're comfortable, but the fit is off on me.In terms of price, they're not bad for what you pay for - but I might spend a little more else-wear for a more comfortable fit.

A classic pair of briefs as it should be cut: full back coverage, functional fly front, quality cotton stretch fabric plus it's available in white. The quality-value relationship is peerless. A slightly wider and studier waist band would get five stars from me. For guys who haven't worn briefs before, think of a trunk with a fly. Comfortable to wear for any activity yet snug enough to wear with jeans and tight-fitting pants.
