Disappointed & Waste of Money
This Wahl Groomsman Pro trimmer overall is cheaply made. The heads are difficult to remove and attach. The battery is weak and the charge does not very last long. I bought this February 29, 2024 and the battery will not take a charge anymore. I am very disappointed with this Wahl Groomsman Pro product. My previous Wahl Stainless Steel Lithium Ion 2.0 trimmer was excellent and lasted a long time. I wish I would have bought that one again.

Work as advertised. My only complaint would be that they look a bit cheap, however they work as they should.

Not Wahls best
I got this replace a battery operated unit I've had for years that has a loose connection and works when it feels like it. This is no where near the trimmer of the old one. It just doesn't cut hair as well. Even going glacially slow it is only somewhat effective. I have to make multiple passes to get done what used to be a simple task. It may be the blades. They feel to be of lower quality and I have to oil them every use.That there is no light to tell you when it has a full charge is a bit of an irritant but I can live with it. Over all the construction feels cheaper than its price. The switch is sticky and feels like it might break every time I want to move it.

Works ok, but..........
Works pretty good, no complaints except for cutting blades rusting. Both of the cutting blades rusted. Just make sure all is bone dry before you store it away. I must have overlooked the warning.

Bought teen son as first time shaver
Our son has to shave for school. Was easy for him to use. Power and performance were great for first time shaver.

Cheap part broke, rude customer service
In addition to it being difficult to change attachments, the adjustable head that sets trim length failed after 5 1/2 months. I called Wahl, thinking they would ask me for my address to send a new one, but I was mistaken. They said the replacement for this cheap plastic part would be $5.50 plus shipping. This comes out to almost a quarter of the original cost. Nicole, in customer service, rudely advised me the the company doesn't warranty the cheap plastic parts they sell.
