The recipes are great and so far have not had one yet that was not good, expands your choices if your are following an anti-inflammation diet.

Very surprised by this book
Chronic, systemic inflammation is a slow killer. Grains and dairy are inflammatory. Fruit is sugary. Readers should do their own research, of course, but try to find actual facts, not unsupported recommendations that may be based on assumption.

Very lightweight, lots of inaccurate information.
Still promoting the "fat makes you fat" mentality, eat "whole grains" and dairy.Grains and dairy lead to leaky gut, which leads to inflammation and immunity problems.More than half the book is recipes. I speed-read the book in the library. Spend your money elsewhere.Research these foods on the internet: anti-inflammatory foods, antioxidants. Manage your stress level.

Great, great book. The only negative is that I wish it had more recipes that were doable outside of North America. Some ingredients simply aren't available here. This book is informative and we feel it really helped our daughter (who has an auto-inflammatory disorder) to get healthy again. Would love more recipe books like this!
