bought this for my grandson - he LOVED IT It is the perfect size and the sounds are great. the arm extends out and the hook can be lowered and raised up. My grandson picked this out along with a firetruck so he can save people

What a plastic piece of junk. Worst $16.00 waste of money ever. If it didn’t break 2 minutes out of the box, I would return it.
