Works as expected, as with shoving any small long thin thing into a narrow orifice, takes some care and manuplitation.

This is so easy to use. The cord is at the perfect length. It can be used for more than just the ear. It can be used on the scalp, pores, comedones, ear canal, oral cavity, nasal cavity and much more. This is really such a cool thing to have on hand.

Could be unsafe.
My personal opinion is that this product could be dangerous with the possibility of deafness if not used with great care. My Samsung refused to download the app saying it came from an unknown sauce. I won't be using it.

Check your device (phone/tablet) can support this
Sadly my Xperia xz premium phone and old Samsung tablet don't support usb devices like this which was a little disappointing, but it wasn't the products fault.Once I dug out my laptop it worked brilliantly, giving a nice clear close up image. I did try and use the scoop thing to remove a loose hair (for some reason my dogs hairs find their way into my ears!!), but being quite low down the ear canal, I couldn't get it down far enough due to ear getting too narrow. Now I think this is a very good thing as I can imagine many people could easily damage their ear drum if they tried using the scoop out wax further down and honestly I think it's safer for anyone buying this to not use the scoops at all unless the wax is right at the entrance of the ear canal and just see doctor or buy a syringe to clear out wax near ear drum.The otoscope is a great way to check your ears at home, so you can see what's causing itching/hearing loss etc before going to a doctor. It might not work on certain mobile devices, but it works fine on laptops, so not the end of the world, I just wanted to make it clear it might not work on some phones if that is essential as I didn't find this out until I plugged it in!

Good view of ear drum.
The camera works brilliantly and I have used it to help see what’s going on to unblock my ear from wax.However I found that I couldn’t manipulate the camera well enough to see with the spoons attached as it was uncomfortable. I used the spoons separately from the camera but checked in to see what I had achieved.
