Some knife!
Upon receiving this awesome knife I thought of carrying it as a defense weapon after all it has a nice leather sheath, but wait, this is one serious kitchen knife, multi-purpose if you will. This odd shaped blade slices like ease, no resistance, and it rocks, that is, the curvature of the super sharp blade makes cutting very effortless. I really love this knife. It's a great performer.

Good honest knife.
Good basic cooking knife. Great for slicing beef and cleaning large fish. It takes a crazy sharp edge just using a lansky ceramic cross stick. Good fit and finish. Decent sheet.

Fantastic knife

Sharp like razor
This knife is a chef best friend. It has nice way of dicing the way you can rock it off the tip of the knife. Put a carrots or cucumber in the middle of the knife rock it back and forth moving your veggies. Manifique
