great produce. I take this daily and drink a 1/2 cup of warm/hot water to help with digestion. I have no problems with this unlike other brands which really did not agree with me and made me feel quite bloated. I have not had my Cholesterol tested yet, but have been steadily loosing weight on these also, which I can only put down to these as nothing else has changed. Ordering my second pack today.Update:- Three months on had Cholesterol tested and down from 6.1 to 4 mmol so over the moon with these as no need now to start taking statin as previously discussed with my doctor. Chuff to bits with this.

I have familial hypercholesterolemia, Statins do not suit me. My gp recommended that I use the supplement that included stanols which this does. However blood test still shows very elevated levels.

I took the tablets for a total of 3 days. All I will say is my system did not break down the tablet at all. Very strange.

Haven't had a blood test since I have started taking them but will report when I do.
