Silversil Silicone Sealant 300ml Cream

I looked in several DIY superstores for a cream/ivory sealant and ended up getting it delivered from Amazon for less than I would have paid over the counter without the hassle of driving round looking for it. Quite a dull ivory colour that blends nicely into corners like a shadow, this sealant was easy to apply and gave a good smooth finish.

Good smooth sealant easy to use. Good colour match to chart.

The colour was good and it works very well

I bought this to edge some cream metro tiles. Unfortunately, the colour can at best be described as a dark ivory and more closely resembles a grey colour. I tried a bit to see if the colour would change in setting. It didn't! Fortunately it turned out to be easy to remove.

This was a strange type of silicon, it was easy to use and seemed as if it was a mix of silicon and acrylic if that's possible. However the main problem I had with it was that it was more grey than cream.

Beware! Someone doesn't appear to know the difference between 'Cream' and 'Neutral'. The pick sticker says 'cream' and the label printed on the drum says 'neutral'. This product is darker than cream and if you are trying to match up with an existing colour, as I was - then it wont work.Had to waste a load of time sending it back and driving round on a Sunday looking for somewhere that sold what I wanted to finish the job.
