Very easy to install single-handed (if you follow the instructions). I found the only fiddly bit was installing the fan blades on my own due to the free movement of the rotor. Patience is the key if you're fitting on your own. If you have an extra pair of hands then even better.There is somewhat of a 'tinny' sound when the fan is opperating. This product is brand new and I'm hoping it will quieten down once it's been run a few times.Airflow is excellent compared with the ceiling fan I replaced.On the whole, a very nice looking, impressive product. Great value for money in my opinion.

An absolute nightmare to install. The first one I got kept blowing the household trip and burning up the remote control module in the fan. I got a replacement remote module and whatcthat blew as well, the error was narrowed down to the fan itself, which this time blew the light switch on the wall too, welding it open. All the unscrewing and rescrewing has left the screws on a mess, with the heads getting rounded off. When I requested new screws from Westinghouse due to the faulty fan, they just told me somewhere I could buy some spare screws from ... maybe. I ordered a replacement fan and that worked fine. Fitting this is really a two man job - plus, the cooling output from this fan seems lack lustre, even on full speed. It’s also a bit noisy (electrical buzzing) when using the remote control dimming. But, hey, it looks good. Nice to see a fan that isn’t made to look like it fell out of a saloon bar in a cowboy western.

Good value and great looking fan and light. It was a bit tricky to fit when adding the separately purchased remote control package which is a tight fit and takes up a lot of room in the mounting base but everything is working great. The fan has a bit of a hum during operation but it doesn’t really bother us.

Im in a rented home and my old light was faulty. So my landlord said choose a new light and sent an electician to install. The electician said there was a lot of little bits that are normally all ready put together. But after saying that its a lovely bright light in my craft room. And the fan is a god send in summer. Not in the description is that the 'lights move a little like spot lights'. I highly recommend for any room in the house.

I have Philips Hue LED bulbs. These did not fit, I suspect the old halogen bulbs would fit.I returned the item to Amazon.

Had it assembled for me, it looked easy, this is super sleek and silent

After installing the main body I noticed a bolt was missing from the Light Cowling. I don't want to take everything down and return the item so would like to request the missing bolt be posted, however there doesn't appear t be a mechanism to request same. I guess I will have to live with a wonky lamp!

The media could not be loaded.  Flexible lights, and the fan is cool even on the lowest setting. This is the 2nd Westinghouse fan I've purchased.

Me ha gustado el fácil montaje.El diseño es bonito y queda muy bien el color plateado en la habitación blanca.Es un tamaño ideal para la habitación dormitorioLas 3 velocidades genial, proporcionan el aire mas que suficiente para dormir bien toda la noche.Lo ponemos al 2 de las 3 velocidades que tiene.El detalle con relieve dibujo aspas ventilador en el extremo de la cadenas de encendido /apagado y el de relieve bombilla en la cadena para anular o activar la luz, son muy acertados.No hace ruido si ajustas bien todos los tornillos.

Se non si incontrano grossi imprevisti si installa abbastanza agevolmente da soli in un pomeriggio.Istruzioni semplici, concepito bene per poter fare i collegamenti elettrici a mani libere. Ha bisogno della sua staffa di supporto, bisogna forare il soffitto, quindi si deve dedicare la giusta attenzione a questa operazione.I fischer inclusi nella confezione sono per travi in legno (indicato nel manuale), quindi per un soffitto in muratura vanno sostituiti. Nel mio caso poi era presente uno stucco decorativo e ci sono voluti fischer molto più lunghi.Ma fatta questa operazione il resto del lavoro è molto semplice e intuitivo, basta seguire le indicazioni in caso di dubbi.Unica fase un po’ più complicata è la procedura di fissaggio delle pale al rotore, per la posizione un pò scomoda e per il fatto che le coppie di viti vanno serrate piano piano simmetricamente altrimenti non si riesce proprio a far combaciare i fori.E’ molto solido, elegante e con le pale montate nel verso color grigio argento poi dà un tocco moderno e più luminoso all’ambiente.La qualità superiore si riconosce subito poi appena messo un funzione, silenziosissimo anche alla massima velocità e davvero super efficiente.Davvero bello poi, piace a tutti!

Heute haben wir den Ventilator montiert. Wir haben die silberne Seite der Rotorblätter nach unten gedreht, weil die Farbe besser zu unserer Einrichtung passt.Es ist meinem Mann mit Hilfe der Anleitung sehr leicht gefallen das Gerät zusammenzubauen und dann zu befestigen.Das Ergebnis ist super. Der Ventilator läuft auf Stufe 1 und 2 geräuschlos und auf Stufe 3 mit einem leisen Rauschen. Die Luftbewegung ist den Stufen entsprechend leicht bis stark und sehr angenehm.Den Fernbedienungssensor haben wir eingebaut und die Halterung der Fernbedienung an der Wand befestigt. Mit der Fernbedienung schalten wir nun auch das Licht an und aus, man kann es aber natürlich auch weiterhin über den Hauptschalter bedienen.Wir haben momentan nicht-dimmbare LED Leuchtmittel verwendet, weil sie im Haushalt noch vorhanden waren, werden aber in Kürze dimmbare einbauen. Zu dieser Funktion kann ich also momentan noch nichts schreiben.Alles in allem ist der Ventilator qualitativ sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und in den nächsten Monaten muss er zeigen, was er leisten kann. Zurzeit wird er uns die angewärmte Luft von der Decke nach unten pusten, im Sommer muss er dann kühlen.Gegebenenfalls würde ich meine Rezession dann noch ergänzen.

J'en ai installé 2 dans notre coin salon/salle à manger de 50 m2, ils sont vraiment chouettes, look néo-rétro. Ils rafraichissent efficacement en diffusant un courant d'air directement sur les gens, c'est bien agréable et tout cela dans un bruit tout à fait raisonnable et absolument pas gênant.

El aparto es bonito, muy complicado montarlo, se puede mejorar el montaje y el posterior ajuste para eliminar los ruidos muy pesado.
