Organic - Linseed Gold - 500g

Using this as I’m on yeast free diet. Excellent source of dietary fibre. I would recommend this to everyone not just those on diets. I take two spoonfuls in morning with plenty of water and it has basically helped me. I am yeast intolerant and felt very unwell in my stomach for months. Within a week of using this with a balanced diet I have no stomach pain or bloating and feel lik a new person. Highly recommended.

I usually buy the fine milled flaxseed & goji berry type products but I saw this and thought I would give it a go as it was such a good price. I am very happy with my purchase and will buy in the future. I have come to love topping my yoghurts with this product and wouldn't be without. The bag lasted for ages.
