There are a number of great things about this.It is solid/sturdy, and will clearly take even a large cat bashing against it. It is easy to put together, although a little worried the lips are not quite deep enough. The carbon filters have been proven to work, so happy that is integrated and the size is such that even a banker would get in (sorry, a fat cat).That being said, dimensions would have been very helpful, I am now having to train my cat to a new location as there is no way this would fit in anything other than an enormous room, and still be discrete. As well as that the 'step' from the litter section to the steps bit is quite large, you'll never train a young kitten to one of these, they will get stuck every time.If you have the room, and your car is at least 6 months old, then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, but only if those other two are right.

This litter box is absolutely brilliant. I have 7 cats and tracking litter was a problem, but having researched and read reviews on the American websites, I decided to buy this and was not disappointed. It was delivered much quicker than i expected which was great. It even looks nice (i have the 'pearl' colour). It has cut down massively on tracking litter - most of the litter remains on the steps inside the box. It also cuts down on 'nasty niffs'!! It is easy to clean - the top simply lifts off. It comes with 'litter liners' but I didn't bother with these and have had absolutely no problems whatsoever. The cats seem to prefer it to the other covered litter boxes - i think it is a lot more private for them and they feel secure and safe inside. I ordered the 'large', which was more than adequate for even my 'largest kitty'. I would recommend this to any cat owner without hesitation, and feel it was money worth spent. Thank you CleanStep!!

product does not live up to marketing info. the size of product for my space was fine, externally. however the dome does not clip on to the base.The ramp good idea, design does help with the odours but internally the space for a cat to turn around in is limited in as much as my cat will enter go to the far end turn round and face the entrance do her job cover it and leave, she not will not use the same spot the next visit the middle section of the tray is too narrow for her crouch and do her job so she uses spot just inside the entrance, covers and leaves,however this means she is walking over and through the cover poo which at times leaves paws messy which is self evident when comes down the ramp leaving poo marks.This product has got merit but not suficently thought through to achieve a great poo tray. As an aside I mention that the litter tray is cleaned twice a day to avoid odours

Expensive for what it is, but really is a game changer for litter trays. My cat doesn’t like litter trays with flaps, so I’ve always had to use an open one where he kicks litter everywhere. With this dome and ramp, the the litter stays in the tray! My cat had no problem adjusting to it either, jus went straight in. It is quite big, but looks pretty cool, almost like a space pod.

Was not happy with it at all the litter box had sharp bits of plastic sticking out all over the place which cut my hand when getting it out of the box, therefore I have sent it back because if it can hurt me it will definitely hurt both of my cats.The top also have large holes either side of the filter making the very idea of a filter redundant what's the point in a filter if the smell can escape anyway!

I recently got a male kitten & he creates a smell 10x worse than my other kitten ever did. It was getting so bad I had to open the windows & turn the fan on every time he used the tray, and if he used it at night it was just time to get up!I decided to invest in this to make my life a bit more pleasant, after having it recommended to me by my sister. Although the tray/house is expensive it is well worth the investment. The smell has been contained to the house & it only needs the litter changed twice a week due to the size. When changing the tray, do make sure you have sturdy bin bags as the tray is so large that when you tip the contents into the bag it will need to be wrapped right around it & any weak bags will split, covering your floor in litter... which I found out in dismay, do not repeat my mistake!Would definitely recommend this tray to anyone with a very smelly cat/busy life who cannot be cleaning a tray every day/2days. (Do scoop out the dirty bits tho!)DO search the net for a bit more product info. before ordering, unfortunately there isn't much on the UK Amazon about the product. It is only meant for a family of 2 cats & the US Amazon gives dimensions etc. too!

This item arrived in pristine condition as I have come to expect from Amazon.I bought this item because we now have a very old cat who is not always able to go outside this gives her all the privacy she expects from a lady who is getting on in years (15 years).The product is very good - I did not give it five stars as I feel it should have gone through a better inspection (QI) as there were some very sharp plastic swarf around the handle and the filter housing - the opening for the filter to fit into the dome could have been finished off better it is not smooth finish.

For £40+ it feels very flimsy and cheap. Doorway into box is big enough for my dog to put him head in so no privacy for cat. Also no clips to connect top and bottom part and don't fit together very well. Pretty disappointed.
