The Perfect iPhone Stand
This little sucker is fantastic. It holds up an iPhone 6 Plus very nicely. It's surprisingly heavy, which is great. I also love that the "Stump" logo is on the underside of the stand instead of being visible. That's a really nice touch. The only thing I don't like about it is something other people might love: the rubber keeps it from sliding on a desk. It really stays put, but I found that annoying, so I attached felt feet on the underside. Problem solved. I like being able to slide it out of the way, or slide it forward when I need it.Highly recommended for a phablet. It might work well with an iPad Mini, but I find it a bit too wobbly for a full size iPad. I bought it for my iPhone 6 Plus though, and for that, it's perfect. Five stars, without a doubt.

The accessory I didn't know I was missing...
This thing is a must have for anyone who owns a tablet. Life just gets that much easier. Who'd have thought such a simple thing would make such a difference. First off, I love how heavy this thing is. The weight helps make it usable on any surface...including a bed, which is where I most often am reading or watching videos on my tablet. I have a couple 7" tablets which I've used with this and it works perfectly to hold it vertically or horizontally. My friend has a 10" widescreen tablet and propped it up vertically and it holds it pretty securely as well (although I wouldn't try doing so on a non-stable surface such as a bed). And the ability to lay the tablet down flat on it so it props it up only slightly is also great for playing games. Overall I use this little guy pretty much all the time I'm using my tablets. Can't remember my tablet life before it.

Great in its simplicity -- gets plenty of use
What's to say -- its weighted so your beloved tablet doesn't do a face plant -- the 2 different slots provide for horizontal or vertical orientation of your tablet -- and that's it. I use it often and love it. I watch netflix on my bed with my iPad docked in the stump horizontally -- I read my kindle books on my iPad mini docked vertically in my stump and I listen to Tune-in radio at my desk at work with my iPad mini docked horizontally with my headphones plugged in. Between those 3 activities -- I use my stump quite a bit. I stuff my stump into my computer bag every time I leave the house. Some may consider it pricey for 20+ bucks but its well made...looks good...and does the job. How many things have you wasted 20 something dollars on...this is not one of them ...in my humble opinion :)

Handy purchase
This thing is super useful - I'm finding that I bring it everywhere with my iPad. It is a pretty solid piece, so maybe it is not ideal for carrying around in your backpack if you are concerned about weight. But I like setting my iPad on this even when not in use as a sort of display piece. The one thing I didn't expect was how much I use it by just setting my iPad on top of it as opposed to laying the iPad flat on a desk or table. The slight angle makes it more comfortable to use. Other than that, it is excellent for watching shows on amazon prime - hahaIt seems to be a little bit of a dust magnet though (I have the red one).

Great Stand
This is a fantastic stand. It's rugged, portable and minimal. I have an iPad 2nd Gen (which is quite heavy) and it works fine in landscape mode, but the Stump can't hold it in portrait. I would assume the newer 9.7" iPads would stand up fine, but I can't be sure. All in all, I would consider this money well spent.

The best stand with a minor cosmetic flaw
+ Steady; smart design that allows using devices in any orientation and multiple viewing positions- Attracts dust like a magnet, so gets untidy very quickly; pricy

Won’t work with device in a case
While it is heavy, sturdy, uncomplicated and appealing, this stand will not hold a device in a case since the slot is very narrow. This certainly limits the uses of the Stump Stand. I returned it.

It works well with its good weight
The Stump is perfect for holding my iPhone 7+ and my ipads. Good and weighty so no worry about falling over. I’ve had mine for a few years and a friend saw it the other week and loved it so I got them one also. They are very happy with it. Small enough so doesn’t take up any space. Mine sits on my cookie jar so when in the kitchen it is most handy and useful. The pic is of my iPad but it’s usually holding my iPhone
