Metal Handles Always The Best
I bought me a set of handles to replace the bungee cords handles set (the plastic hook got busted), which I thought were good enough (used them with actual weight set), but they too started to show breaking on the hard plastic handles. So I had to go with Metal Handles, cause they are Always The Best (can't go wrong with them). So now, I am adding all the bungee cords I want (100 lbs pull), and I gave away my Total Gym. Bungee Cords do work guys, plus push-ups, plus don't forget to walk, and use that stationary bike (52 yrs and still going strong - 5'10" 185 lbs. - bus driver). Last year I was doing 70 push-ups, Jan 17, 2020 my truck got rear ended (totaled) with me in it, and I had to start all over (I am at 40 push-ups, and will aim for 50 by the end of the year).
