M3-2312 (382) Garage Door Remote Compatible with Marantec 315MHZ M4500,M4500e,M4700,Synergy 260,Synergy 270 Martin Dc3700e,Garage Door Opener (Cannot Be Programmed Directly to Garage Door Opener)

The image showed the jumper to connect the opener to an existing opener to auto-program it, but there was no jumper included. And there were no holes on the side to use my old jumper with my original remote. However, there were easy-to-follow instructions to allow the new remote to be programmed from an existing remote, so the jumper wasn't technically required. It still bugged me that the image was different than what was delivered. Still, it works well and no operational complaints.

As delivered, I could get a very weak small blip of light every third or fourth time I pushed the button - not enough juice to program the remote. I tried a new battery and got nothing at all. I won’t bother to replace with the same item. I’ve asked for a refund and will reluctantly pay for a genuine marantec remote even though I only need it to program home link in my vehicle.

Works great. Had an old fob that was on the way out. Used my old fob to program the new fobs, really easy to program. No issues. Works great.

When I noticed that it didn't come with the programming prongs that came with the original remote, I almost returned it. Glad I looked a bit closer. It programs the way you'd want it to...by copying a working remote while holding them side-by-side. It's just that the pairing instructions provided on the webpage are nearly unreadable. Seriously. The rest of the website's graphics are razor-sharp, but the most important document is a half-destroyed image of a poorly written document that leaves you guessing. Once you pull the pieces together, it programs easily and works like a charm!

I received my Remote controls on time. Excellent customer service. Followed through to make sure I was able to use my remote. Need to copy from another existing remote. Issued refund since I didn't have a working existing remote. Very nice company.
