Worked instantly
Big fan of when things work the first time. I tried other smoke machines on here and they didn't work for crap. I poured the fluid in this, turned it on, instant smoke, and I didn't have to hook it up to my compressor. It was lovely. 10/10 would recommend.

the small size is deceiving
we received a small box and wondered what it was. its a smaller smoke machine which is great because its easy to store when not in use. this thing works great. we hung it off the hood latch of the vehicle we were working on. ( just make sure to use your channel locks if the hood struts are junk- thank me later)anyway this thing works great!!!!!

Works well
Had spent a couple hours looking for a vacuum leak. Found it in about 30 seconds with this thing and the lean code is gone! Only problem is the gauge does not work or the scale may be too large because it never moves. Spent the extra 30 bucks on this model for the gauge specifically. But overall I'm happy with it

Works Great, Good investment
I had a small leak on a 2004 Dodge Dakota’s evap system, I had replaced two parts on the system and still had the issue of coding for small leak. I looked at the hoses and placed clamps, but it still coded, so I bought this smoke machine, hooked it up to the Evap system, and within minutes the smoke showed the leak. I fixed the area, the check engine light went off an I am so happy. I look at this as an investment, I would have been charged more money for diagnostics at a repair shop than the cost of the machine. I highly recommend this product. It would be nice to be able to adjust the amount of pressure rather than pulling the smoke from the hose but it still worked, just be careful to not go over the PSI for the system you are testing. 2 Thumbs Up

Well worth the price
I wouldn't say that this is a five-star machine for leak detecting but for the price it should have six stars. Functioned as designed made quick work to find my leak. Was easy to operate. The instructions need a little bit of translation extrapolation. The translation from Chinese was a little off. But using a little bit of common Sense you can get the message.

Power button malfunction
The media could not be loaded. Worked great. Needed it to look for a boost leak. Smoke was visible. Used mineral oil from Walmart. Left my garage smelling like smoke for a few days. Simple design and easy to use. Nice looking unit. Unit did not leak smoke or oil.Although the power button for the air stopped working. It would work if I held it down, then a few tries later it would work again without holding down the button. It's best to keep the power buttons for smoke and air on, and use the main power switch to control the unit.
