An Interesting Book with Some Errors
The theme of this book, Ezekiel's prophecy of a Russian-Arab attempt to invade and annihilate Israel in the last days, is dealt with in detail. It may come to pass.(Ezekiel 38, 39)However, much of Jeffrey's prophetic scheme is flawed. First, he follows Robert Anderson's complex and outdated calculations to show that the first 69 weeks of Daniel's 70-week prophecy ended precisely on Palm Sunday of the week of Jesus' crucifixion.By visiting theism.net/anderson.html you can read the historical evidence which shows this just doesn't work out.Secondly, the prophecy in Daniel clearly states that the Messiah (Anointed One) would be cut off "in the midst of the week," the last 7 years of the 70-year prophecy. There is no way we can construe Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem as being "cut off." As noted above, Jeffrey takes a prophecy from the middle of the 70th week (read it in Daniel 7-9, esp. 9:20-27)and applies it to the last literal day of the first 69 weeks.Jeffrey confuses the battle in Ezekiel with the Battle of Armageddon."Armageddon" is the seventh of the last seven plagues. It is Christ versus the world, not Arabs versus Jews, and no one remaining on earth survives this battle.(Revelation 16:17-21; 19:11-21, chapters 20 and 21. Don't let the dramatic interlude in chapters 17 and 18 confuse you.)There will be no Temple in the Earth made new following the millenium (1000 years).Rev. 21:22 Who builds the Temple in the dispensationalist scheme, Christ or Anti-christ? Sometimes it seems go be Anti-christ, other times Christ. Jeffrey seems to imply that the Old Testament system of scrifices will be restored in a newly built Temple. The Apostle Paul would have a stroke if dead people knew anything (Ecclesiastes 9:5). Jeffrey says God will set "up an object of worship" in the Temple (presumably the Ark of the Covenant). Yahweh does NOT set up objects of worship. This is setting a trap for Christians to fall into.I recommend "Armageddon at the Door" by Jon Paulien for a better treatment of the subject.

EXCELLENT READ! Loved this Book!!
I have always loved this book with the Jewish history, feasts and Gentile dates. There is no way any of these things could have happened so precisely on Jewish feast and holidays without God being in charge.Keeps me paying attention to Jewish feast days and future prophecy. LOVED THIS BOOK!

Revealing Scriptural world events before they unfold.
Armegeddon: Appointment with Destiny is a great source of information for those that study future Biblical events. I have numerous books written by Grant Jeffries, actually had this book for years, loaned to a friend, never got it back, needed a copy for my research. Grant clearly interprets from Biblical scripture the future events of the world before they unfold. I highly recommend this book, as well as others he has written on the subject. You won't know your future until you open your eyes and your mind, and accept the truth.

Another good one by G Jeffrey
Grant Jeffrey is an expert on prophecy. I have read six of his books before this one. Some of the material in this book is a repeat from other books or vice verse. But I am not disappointed by any means with this book.

Second copy
This is the second time I purchased this book. I loaned the first one out and never got it back. I like Grant Jefferys writings for their accuracy to biblical truth. Armageddon contains prophecy calculations that I have used often in my Bible teachings.

Armageddon:Fact or Fiction!
I'm just coming to the end of this book...Grant Jeffrey sums it up about himself within the pages of this book by stating that he is NOT a Prophet...but a Scholar of Scripture...Many things have occurred over the years...Biblical Years that some people in reading the Holy Bible would simply put down to coincidence...Grant Jeffrey in this book and others will show you that the chances of two or more incidents occurring on the 'same day' with decades, centuries of years in between...but still occurring on that same day are millions to one...that it can be no coincidence, but that only God could have had His Hand on the whole matter...But Grant doesn't stop there on just relating stories of the past...he looks at 'Prophecies yet to be Fulfilled' and will go over just what is happening in the world today...concerning not just the Jews, but practically all the nations of the world...This and all his books...recommended reading.
