Perfect
This is so cool! It's super quiet, can't really hear it, and it was definitely big enough. Had to look up a video on how exactly to get it started but once I got it down, it's all good! You definitely sweat, I don't know how or why it works up a sweat but it totally does!If you're having problems getting it going or keeping it going, I find that, essentially what you're doing is kind of like running in place, don't think so much about swaying your hips, think more so of leaning on one leg and then switching and leaning on the other. Look up some YouTube videos if you have to, don't give up!It's fairly lightweight, comfortable to use, fun to use, and I've had no problems with spinability or durability.

Be patient, put on some music...it WILL work :)
I only had two struggles with this infinity hoop. For one, I struggled severely with snapping and unsnapping the knots - until I realized I was doing it wrong. It's actually very easy with a little practice. :)Number two, and that is still unresolved - feet slipping on the puddle of sweat mid-workout, which will stop the momentum, no doubt. But that's not the fault of the infinity hoop, in fact, it's a good sign!!It's perfect: moves smooth and quiet. Do NOT listen to the naysayers who have yet to figure out how to get this baby going and keep it moving. Best bet is to stand feet shoulder width apart, or one front, with the other behind, and you can even step with your feet marching in that position first, it will help to exagerrate the hip movement. It took only 2-3 minutes to get it going, and I'm not a dancer or an extremely fit individual either, in fact I haven't had one on since I was a teen and I'm now in my 40s. Right off the bat I did a 30+ minute workout with multiple 5-6, and even one 9 minute periods where the ball spun like magic, along with my hips, truly like an unstoppable infinity!Put on your favorite energetic music, close the door and give it 30 minutes of your time. Honest. It will work.I haven't had this much fun in a long time! This baby will be a fantastic addition to my daily cardio and strength training workout routine.I will update on weight loss if/as it happens and the frequency of knot removals!*** 1st week: 1 link down (from 25 to 24) - Already able to go on dancing for 40-50 minutes without the ball stopping!

Works well, takes some time
The instructions that come with the products are not great. They don’t give you any instruction really on how to use it…As a female that has a fluffy belly, I got this to trim down and add to other work out regimens. It is easy to put together to fit your size. It DOES take a bit to learn to use and can be frustrating, it took me about 15-20 min to figure it out:where should i put it ? High waist? Low waist? Hip? I kept removing and adding clips and trying again, and it but only go around five or six times and stop. FINALLY, I figured out the best way for me was right above the hip and right below the belly button. It really helps to keep the momentum going. Spread your legs a bit, and practice in front of a mirror so you get see that you’re doing. Once I got going I lasted 5 min before needing to gasp for air:) it will get your heart rate really going, and make you sweat.

Hula Hooping Fun with a Fitness Twist!
I’m absolutely loving the Weighted Hula Infinity Fitness Hoop! 🌟💪 It’s such a fun way to get a workout in while having a blast. The added weight makes it super effective for toning and strengthening, and it’s surprisingly easy to use once you get the hang of it.The hoop is well-designed and comfortable, and I can feel the burn in my core after just a few minutes of use. It’s perfect for adding a little excitement to my fitness routine. If you’re looking for a new way to stay fit and have fun, this hoop is a fantastic choice!

Fun exercising equipment
Edit: Not as effective and product has many scratches. Don’t think it was new.

Nothing to lose, Challenge yourself!! 30 days for 30 minutes
I saw the 30 day weighted hula hoop challenge on YouTube and I was sold! One of the girls removed 4 links by the end of the 30 days! From there experience I’ve learned that this isn’t going to help you lose pounds on the scale but instead it’s meant to help lose inches and trim your waist! So keep that in mind when purchasing. I’m on day 6 of hooping. This comes with 34 links that you can adjust to fit your waist. Super easy to adjust/link and unlink. I’m 5’2 and currently weigh 175 lbs. As you can see in the photos I provided I have a big gut and little to no waist. So I’m eager to see if there will be a dramatic difference like the girls in the YouTube videos at the 30 day mark. I started out with 19 links. I think the most rewarding part about this item is over time your able to physically remove links due to progress! I’m really looking forward to removing links!! My goal is to remove 5 links by the end of my experience! Ive heard some of these were noisy when in use but the noise level on this one is quiet. The weighted ball has a rubber track that glides around you without any issues. The equipment seems sturdy and not cheap. I can’t complete 30 minutes in one session just yet so I break it down to one 15 min session in the morning and one at night. Not sure if that will give the same results as 30 consecutive minutes but I will definitely be back to let you know! I’ll update this post with my after thoughts and pictures! To be continued until September 12 2024..Update! Day 35Sorry, I’m five days late! But you can clearly see the gut is disappearing! On about day 11 I started to do the full 30 minutes in one session I would just put on a good show or some good music & im super impressed. I even fit into a few of my size 7 shorts and pants, but not all of them. I didn’t lose any weight as I expected, but the inches from my waist and my gut are noticeable. Can’t wait to see what happens in 60 days. Oya! I only removed one link lol!!! See last 2 photos for updated pix. I used the same outfit to see the difference

Super Easy and Fun
All the pieces connect easy and once you get a hang of it, it is super easy to use. The roller thing never got caught and glided easily. It didn't hurt me at all and rested easy on my stomach since it's light weight. I'd definitely recommend it.

A surprisingly good workout!
I was looking for an inexpensive, quiet way to get some activity in while watching movies at night and decided to give this a try. It was easy to put together and figure out my size and there were no issues with any of the links. I watched a few videos to get some pointers and notice that this hoop isn't nearly as loud and clicky as most of the others out there. Glides smoothly with almost no noise. I shortened the rope a little bit. It took me a few minutes but I got the hang of it pretty quickly and after 30 mins of hooping I was surprised at how sweaty I was. I can see myself continuing to use this and it's exactly what I was looking for!

not very easy to maintain motion
I've watched the videos in case I'm doing it wrong but the ability to keep momentum on this for more than 30 seconds is impossible. Very disappointed.

Fun workout
Pros:Fairly quietAdjustable up to 65 inchesCons:May be difficult for some to adjust (snap in/snap out)This is a fun and effective workout. You must ensure that the "hoop" is set on your body so it is parallel to the ground, or it will be very difficult to swing the weight around.I wear it low (across my hip bones) instead of my waist, because I am able to get more momentum and keep it going for minutes a time.

Better than others
Ordered this because I actually really enjoyed a different one I had that got broken in a move. This one is a huge improvement, it’s remarkably quiet the last one I had made loud clicks as the weight travelled the track this one does not, the size is great I didn’t need a few of the links which means I’m smaller than I thought (bonus) and it’s easy and fun to use. I love the colours even though they don’t do anything for the product they are aesthetically pleasing. The weight is decent and the string is partially adjustable which is nice since I have a smaller space available to use it.All around I’m super pleased with this product
