This is not a new Product and misleading customers. The system delivered to me came with a refurbished harddisk which was not working. Unfortunately they do not replace and refund is also nearly impossible as testing can be done only after installation. You can't uninstall all the cables routed and camera from buildings. No option if harddisk or DVR is found faulty after installation.System doesnot support WI Fi and lan cabling is mandatory. Had to buy a seperate harddisk and still not able to configure on mobile.Generally Hik Vission is good but Vendor is supplying refurbished materials. 8 channel but only 5 cameras, 5 connectors (video & power) only . So you may have to buy additional items .

Good power supply, nice picture quality, value for money, one camera not working , voice recording good working.

Hard disk not working how to warranty claim

Not even 1 year the cameras are not working properly and the noise from the hard disc and the camer unit worst not recommended. Go for local store

Its not night colour vision camera it's normal black and white night camera bt all about very good 👍

Very poor quality.They have given a 1 TB hard disk that is not working. I had to purchase a new one.2 cameras the Infra red is not working.Before buying I did see that most reviews were negative. In spite of that, I took my chances and went for it.Please do not order online. Better to buy directly.

Worst product full of noise

Received defective DVR (Internet not connected), as the setup has been installed and then only we can able to know that it's not working. Contacted Amazo on this, after 1 week of continuous follow up Amazon asked me to place separate DVR order and they'll credit part amount of new DVR ordered to my Pay balance account to utilise for future use as it's not possible to return the product as it was installed. Not a great support from Amazon team as well, whoever purchasing please check all the products' working condition before installing with help of CCTV technician.CONS: 1. Cannot connect internet to DVR with wifi adaptor2. Cannot connect camera to cloud storage with this DVR
