lovelly heat pad,excellent heat coverage,i.ve only used heat setting 4 and 5 so far,there are 9 settings,very comfortabe to wear,soft material.i just wish i could have bought a larger size, i have a very large back,i think this was for women,but it will do for me.i use it every day
