Ingredients ----------- Red Chilli , Salt , Coriander , Fennel, Fenugreek Leaves, Cumin, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, All Spice, Nigella Seed, Black Pepper, Ginger, Green Cardamom, Mace, Papain P.when('A').execute(function(A) { A.on('a:expander:toggle_description:toggle:collapse', function(data) { window.scroll(0, data.expander.$expander[0].offsetTop-100); }); }); Directions ---------- Meat in Pickle Curry Ingredients Required - Quantity and Preparation: Beef/Chicken/Mutton - 1 - 1 1/2 kgs, small cubes Ginger Paste - 2 tablespoons Garlic Paste - 2 tablespoons Green Chillies, large - 10, slit lengthwise from one side Lemon Juice - 3-4 tablespoons / 2 lemons Tomato - 6 medium, grind 500 g Yogurt, plain - 2 1/2 cups, whipped 500 g Ghee/Oil - 1 - 1/2 cups Shan Achar Gosht Curry Mix - One packet (use less for mild hot) Cooking Instructions: 1. Mix 2 tablespoon Shan Achar Gosht Curry Mix with lemon juice and fill it into slitted green chillies. 2. Make the ghee/oil hot, add meat, garlic and fry for a few minutes. Then add yogurt, ginger, tomato puree, the remaining quantity of Shan Achar Gosht Curry Mix and 1-2 glasses of water. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender. 3. Place the spice filled green chillies over the meat. Cover and cook on low heat until ghee/oil is separated from the gravy. Tips for Best Results: Meat: use cuts from shoulder and chops. Achari Keema in the above recipe change the following: a. Use mince meat instead of meat cubes. b. Use only 1/2 cup yogurt instead of 2 1/2 cups. c. Use additional one sliced onion. d. Do not use tomatoes. 1. Follow the above Achar Gosht recipe until Step No. 1. 2. Make oil/ghee hot and fry the onion for few minutes then add garlic, minced meat, ginger and the remaining quantity of Shan Achar Gosht Curry Mix. Fry for about 10-15 minutes or until the minced meat is slightly fried. Stir frequently. 3. Now add yogurt and stir. Place the spice filled green chillies over the minced meat.
