I enjoy this. Nice pressure, although it hurts the little toe pinching it if you’re not careful.

Despite healthy eating and normal weight, I have an autoimmune body and got diabetes from some of the meds. For me, when things flare, it feels like rigor mortis in the living. Everything is tight and painful. My unit was supposed to come yesterday but was delayed. I was in so much pain, I was so disappointed. When it finally came today, I used it on the heaviest settings on my feet and then did my calves. I feel like the tin man on the Wizard of Oz that just got oil. I can move! Mind you, I am not in it for comfort but for mobility. And, for me this worked wonders in breaking up the tightness. I could walk on my feet for the first time in days without pain. I told my husband I need one that I can use for my whole body. Here are some things you might want to know. I specifically bought this over other models for the heat. I didn't feel any heat. Of course, I wore socks as suggested. After, I felt the unit and I could tell heat was on but, with normal socks, I did not feel it. However, again, I wanted mobility and I am very satisfied with what it did. Maybe without socks you would feel heat. Second, other units sell without remotes. After using it, buy one with a remote. It is a game changer. I am really pleased with this unit. I am praying mine does not break down after a few uses because I get so much relief from it. Those who go through autoimmune know how wearing the pain can be. I hope this review helps someone else. This is definitely way better than $30 units. I mention that because I wondered myself. You name it!!!Shoe soles & inserts... check!A multitude of socks of different Mfrs. given away or returned to Amazon because My Poor Ol'NChubby Dogs could not stand them... check!CBD/Blank foot lotions tried and discarded or returned... check!Due to another multitude of issues My Poor Ol'NChubby Dogs… "THEY" know what makes them feel BETTER since the before mentioned makes them feel really shirty and it's a major understatement but back to the business at hand!My Poor Ol'NChubby Dogs used the Nekteck Shiatsu Foot Massager on February 4, 2021 for the first time and every day since. Well it was working great, got in oct.24 now the compression doesn't work. I've reached out to customer service, so we'll see if I change my review. Recieved my replacement, it is great. Replacement was easy, no hassle, no problems.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Crap out of the box. The rolling function did not work at all. Still smells like new just can’t trust this brand anymore.

I have neuropathy in my feet which causes me to rub them together or move my feet at night while trying to get to sleep. I have already figured out that very warm heat helps them to be still. Thought I would try Nekteck Foot Massager to improve circulation. The remote helps a lot as I don't have to bend over to play with the buttons on the unit and it has WORDS not just icons for each function. The unit does 15 or 30 minute sessions. When you start it the unit defaults to certain settings. Rollers at low of 2, Air Compression at low of 3, Heat at high - yes I can feel but I could use even warmer, Vibration is off. I had to turn Rollers off as it was to much for my sensitive feet. I'm using it with high heat and low air compression and sometimes vibration. Higher setting on air compression was too much for me. This is what feels like a hand massage. When it is at full squeeze it really has hold of the foot, even on low. The whole unit is very quiet. Rollers make NO noise. Vibration is no more than any vibrator. And the air compression makes a soft puff as it fills and deflates. Actually a relaxing sound. I have this in a spare room where I have a comfortable rolling desk chair. I plug it in and roll my chair up to it. I never have to move this around the house. Have not used it on my calves or arms yet. Will this make the Neuropathy go away? I don't think so but it does seem to help still my foot movement after use so I can get to sleep. I thought it was a good price at $149 compared to other brands.

I have size 12 feet so maybe this is my problem. While the rollers and compression are on at same time it pinches my toes bad so it can’t be used like that. I run the compression and rollers separately and it feels good. I would say the rollers and compression are not set up for size 12 ft. Prob 10.5 would be perfect size for this.
