Extremely small
I assumed that this product would be for an adult however it seems like it's either for a toddler or a baby. Not enough for me as I am an adult.

A little expensive
It’s good but small in reality and soft I expected etter quality for the price

Not as described
The pillow is smaller than the dimensions written and softer than what I expected. It is comfortable for sleeping on the back and gives real comfort for the head and neck but for the side sleep it's too low and not supporting

Useless it is for baby
The size is 55 cm not 66 cm. May be good for baby, you don’t feel it is a pillow so soft, cheap sponge

Helped with neck pain
I have mine in a silk pillow case. I’ve used it for a week & I can say my neck pain is feeling much better in the morning! Now is it a cure all? No- it takes more than just a pillow to help with my chronic neck issues-but now I’m no longer WAKING Up with pain.By the evening, my chronic pain usually comes back & I have to do a nightly routine to get it to go away completely.I’m a perio hygienist (been in the field for 12 years- neck pain is my middle name); here’s what I do if you’re wondering what ACTUALLY WORKS:*The Knuckle (my favorite product)*A percussion massage gun*tart cherry juice (for inflammation)*neck strengthening exercises (for the FRONT & back of your neck- like chin tucks & head lifts).(Stretches, posture correction, etc). The last thing I needed was a pillow so I didn’t wake up from pain & this is it!Between all of these things I can manage completely at home. Of course, visiting a chiropractor & a massage therapist is ideal, but expensive. Two (maybe 3?) massage visits would pay for the things I’ve listed. So I manage and visit the professionals when I can’t. (Fun fact: I haven’t needed to in 2 years because of what I do now).

Gives me more neck pain than if I were to not use a pillow
Ill preface this by stating that i am a side sleeper so this experience may vary for others.Unfortunately I cannot really recommend this pillow. The design puts too much pressure on the side of the neck that isn't on the pillow, not sure why. Maybe it is trying to balance my neck because of the incline on the pillow. I've tried using this for 4 nights and my experience has not gotten better. I've even tried sleeping on my back and it just wasn't comfortable . By the way the cooling feature on the pillowcase is negligible . Memory foam is known to keep heat from the body, but the pillowcase does not do a good job dispersing that heat either.I've also had my family members give this pillow a try because I was wondering if only I had a rough time with it. Unfortunately, both of them also did not get a good night's rest with this pillow. All in all, you are probably better off spending about $20-30 more for a better pillow. For this price range, this quality is to be expected .

So far so good
The pillow is slightly higher than what I'm used to, which initially concerned me about my neck comfort. However, I've been pleasantly surprised that it hasn't caused any discomfort or pain as I feared it might. The memory foam provides excellent support and molds to the contours of my head and neck, promoting a comfortable sleeping position. I appreciate the ergonomic design, which seems to align well with my spine. The quality of the pillow is apparent, and the memory foam seems durable and resilient. It also retains its shape well after use.

Lent my memory foam pillow to daughter and she won't give it back
I lent my original memory foam contoured pillow to my teenage daughter and she won't give it back. She loves it so much and it's helped her recover from her gym sessions. She sleeps like a log with memory foam pillows. I don't have the heart to take it away from her. So I needed a new one for myself.Perfect if you're a side-sleeper. Memory foam cradles and supports your melon head better than a feather pillow which crushes down the moment you lay your head down. What kind of support is that? I'm not a doctor or specialist here. I can't explain how it works. And how it's better for you. But these contoured memory foam pillows just work. When we go on vacation and stay in hotels with feather/down/synthetic pillows I miss my memory foam. Life is short, give it a try.

Firm pillow has lots of support and cradles my head well.
I've been sleeping on this for a couple weeks. It's on the firm side, but works well for when I sleep on my back. It looks exactly like it does in the pictures so I didn't see any benefit of uploading more pictures. I'm pretty happy with it over all. It could be just a bit softer.
