You need to buy the batteries and charger separate but worth it!!!
Unlike the one star reviews on here I knew that you had to buy these batteries separate that’s why it’s so cheap! Get the batteries and get the charging pack (they cost about $20 altogether) so you’re in it for about 40 initially. they take two batts (3.7v 18650) it is on par with the flashlights that cost 3 to 4x more. These are made out of aluminum not plastic and can take a beating. It will light up your street or bike path for 100 yds easily and you can adjustat it down to a small square so you’re not flooding people out that are walking by. you will not be disappointed this is the brightest most durable flashlight I’ve ever owned I bought them for my parents my sister and her fiancé they both live on lakes and they love it at night on the beach also purchased a back up because hey $11.50 why not. the first one still works as good as the day I got it will definitely buy another if I have to battery life is pretty good just make sure to charge it because these are a little bit bugger than AA’s but smaller than C’s. False Advertising / Not as described.
I guarantee if the description stated no batteries, no adapters and specifically said you 18650 batteries unless you buy the adapter. NO ONE would buy this light. I already have AAA batteries, when I received this I was under the impression I could put them in it and use it, NOPE. Now I'm being told I have to either "BUY" special adapter or "BUY" special batteries. The light in the picture has the logo E3 on it and is listed as a Shadowhawk but my light doesn't so what exactly did I get? Point being I want what's in the description not some knock off. Just bad business on the sellers part.

I would give this product no stars because you have to really search for where it says that it does not come with a battery pack or anything like that I am not impressed with this product at all I threw it away
