haven't used these yet, but the quality is excellent! Going to use them on proving my breads.

I love the feel of the linen... My proofing sourdough pops out of the cloth to bake in the dutch oven without sticking... Worth the price...

These are ok. When I'm not baking baguettes, I use them to cover dough that is proofing. At first, I had to mist them with (distilled) water and then toss unbleached all purpose flour at them to prevent doughs from sticking too much. After a few sessions, I just dust them lightly with flour before letting them touch dough. Every couple of weeks I may mist a towel before dusting it, but that feels more ceremonial than it feels necessary. Anyway, as my amica, Antonia la tigre, says: sono grandi!

Great product in every way, no loose fibers or offensive odors, nice clean heavy material with very good stitching work. It comes from the region of Eastern Europe famous for growing and producing quality linens. Works great right away, needs very minimum flour for dusting.Thank you!

I love cooking and baking. Not too long ago, I tried baking bread and bought these linen towels. I was really happy to use it to cover dough fresh out of the oven to save it and keep it fresh. Thank you for the amazing set! I recommend it.

The larger one is more than I need currently. The smaller one worked well this past week to proof 2 loaves of bread. The material is good quality and will last a long time.
