Odyseaco - Montera Vintage Canvas Rucksack Backpack - Heavy Duty, Hidden Pockets and Laptop Sleeve - Perfect Travel Bag (Light Brown)

I only ordered this the day before yesterday and it arrived this morning ahead of schedule. I was not disappointed. The canvas is extremely hardwearing and the main compartment is exceptionally spacious even with my iPad in the designated pocket. I have to agree with other reviews in that another top scorer has to be the zips which are thick and sturdy. My stainless steel 1L flask fits snuggly into the side and is secured nicely with a buckle-strap which is adjustable.I have had many rucksacks over the years and my last one was bought in haste. I hadn't observed the lack of space in the main compartment because it is sectioned off into a compartment underneath which I never found any use for. Too many compartments render a rucksack not only bulky but one is forever searching every pocket looking for a wallet or something so I like the straightforward design. The colour is nice too - very military-esque. Highly recommended - I am heading out now with mine and it holds my food flask, lunch bag, flask, snacks, iPad and several other items

I have gone through a few back packs looking for the right size and strength whilst looking good. This backpack has a lot of space, it is strong and looks great!. The only thing i can fault would be not enough internal pockets, there is only one laptop sleeve, it would be nice to have more. Other than that, perfection!

I bought ine of these be ause they looked so good online. The stitching broke right off on the first day. They replaced it. The zipper broke on the replacement. I would urge all buyers to stay well away.

The colour is a lovely mid brown/looks like good quality canvas. Very comfortable to wear and lots of room inside, easilyy taking everything I needed for a weekend trip - clothes, laptop, lunch box and lots more

Backpack looks nice but has no real padding underneath where the laptop sits for protection. Unfortunately, the plastic part in the strap broke within 2 months of buying the bag, badly damaging my expensive laptop when the bag fell from my back. I freelance and my laptop is my main resource to earn a living so I was pretty distressed. I sent a polite email explaining the issue and asking where we go from here, to which I had a one sentence reply "I have just refunded the item so that you can buy a new one." Somewhat surprised by I asked for further dialogue and better customer service to help with issue to which I got "We don't sell laptops. You might have contacted the wrong shop." Extremely poor customer service. The bag looks nice but it's not fit for purpose. Hugely disappointed and now I need to replace my laptop as well. Gutted.

Bought as a present, so I haven't used it personally, but the person I bought it for loves it - it's very sturdy and takes a lot of rough handling when he goes camping and hiking, and is roomy enough for all the stuff he needs to take with him - extra clothes, etc.

Strong and holds a lot

Superb spacious bag. Everything is strong and secure, accessible, and comfortable to carry be it on shoulder, by top handle or conventonal handle. The colour is as shown and I think exceptional value at the price paid.
