GREAT - But be VERY careful.
I am very pleased with this item but, frankly, got carried away with it. The massaging action is so enjoyable you can over-massage - which hurts afterwards. Just feeling that inner muscle being pummelled was divine. So my advice is to buy this but initially use it with great caution. Gradually work up to deep massage once the outer muscle has been gently tenderised. I use mine first thing in the morning and just a little night. One of the best health aids I've ever bought. But it is powerful and needs treating with respect - or it will bite you.

Lower body massage
Good stick does the job especially for lower body. Slight gaps between the rollers sometimes lead skin or hair to get caught.

Excellent to massage away a tight muscle.
Had a problem with my Achilles tend caused by a tight muscle and this allowed me to tackle the tightness at home without the need of a professional massage. Really good for getting the muscles from different angles and can apply more pressure than thumbs alone.
