Translation is not good, very disappointing
The translation is terrible. Was this book ever reviewed before being sold? Seriously, it looks like they just used any web translator. Couldn’t the author just ask for help when working on the translations ?I’ll name some of the wrong translations- watermelons slices ( pedaços de fruta)? - pedaços de melancia- quail (Codorniz)? - codorna- jaguar (jaguar)? - onça pintada- potty (bacio)? - pinico- ride (a bike) - andar de bicicleta- brush (teeth) - escovar os dentes- truck - caminhão (picture of car ?)

Disappointing on all counts
I got this for our bilingual, biracial toddler and thought it would be a good introduction to some new words. First off, the quality is poor - several texts are cut off (physically cut) at the bottom of the pages. There are mistranslations, which is frustrating. I was also disappointed that they didn’t include more words - if you’ve got a circle shaped balloon, for instance, why not give the word for circle AND balloon? They missed a simple, great opportunity to both teach more words to kids and brag on more words included! We returned it without showing it to our son.

I was really wanting a bilingual book to read with my little one. Some of the images used are very confusing even in English and the Portuguese translation was not always correct, which was frustrating.

Printer fail = learn to pronounce only top half on a word
Welp. I didn't have super high expectations since the book is under 10.00 but uh a lot of pages cut off through half the text at the bottom. What happened to the people who checked the printer settings before making that mistake? Rookie move folks, rookie move.

Great book, but paper pages
I bought this as a gift and this is a good book. Pictures with both languages and both alphabets. About 4 words for each page, sometimes more. They will love it! Unfortunately I thought this would be a board book but no, it has paper pages. Usually when leaning first words you'd want something more durable.

Very educational, great book!
Wasn’t sure if I should buy this due to the mixed reviews but I do not regret purchasing. My toddler loves the book and is learning a lot of new words very quickly. Some of the illustrations are not what I would have chosen, but my two year old doesn’t care a bit. Buy it! Very educational.

It works
Practical but visually a little confusing to get the concept. But it works. My daughter loves it... maybe it is a kid’s logic that I still don’t get it. The visual is not my taste..

I like it
I bought it for my 16 month old not realizing it wasnt a board book but that's my own fault so now points deducted. I did not have problem like other people in that words were cut off or anything and to the best of my korean knowledge all words matched up with pictures; ie no mistranslations. Lots of content and for the price I am happy

Not very resistant
I was hoping for a hard case book. My son has already destroyed all pages. Also the portuguese words may be used only in Portugal. As we are brazilians, some words are unknown to us, so not very useful to teach my son

Muito bom!
Comprei para um sobrinho de 3 anos e ele (e a mãe) gostaram bastante. Poderia ser mais interativo, mas ainda serve o propósito.
