Overall, the strap is thin and takes some time to get it adjusted for fit. The Velcro for the top of the head adjustment needs to be improved to allow for a tighter fit. When I wear it the excess Velcro sticks up and interferes with the CPAP harness.

Fabric is nice, very well made. It works well to keep me from breathing through my mouth when I sleep. However, the Velcro closure on the back of the head is a little uncomfortable to sleep on, but then I'm a back sleeper for the most part.

I went through a period of snoring badly (it even woke ME up sometimes). So I know how important this product can be to someone with a snoring issue. I went through a phase of desperately trying everything under the sun in my house to keep my jaw closed. I tried tying scarves, rags, soft ropes, and other creative materials around my head to keep my jaw closed but nothing worked. The jaw is so powerful that nothing could hold it in place -- and closed. I ordered this Snoring Chin Strap to see if it might do the trick. It does! It fit perfectly and stayed in place because of the adjustable Velcro straps, one on top of the head and one behind the head. My photo illustrates how it fits (with the face blurred out intentionally). I was surprised at how comfortable it felt while lying on my pillow. I didn't feel the snoring chin strap's fastening parts -- no lumps or bumps pressing on my head while resting on my pillow, whether lying on my side or on my back. I also didn't feel any discomfort or skin sensitivity from the chin strap material itself. My only negative was it made my face look like a chipmunk, LOL, from the side straps firmly pressing against my cheeks. My husband has a very large head; the snoring chin strap did not come close to fitting his head at the loosest strap position. So, I'd recommend this for a small or average-size head, not for a larger-than-normal head. I hope this is helpful.

Gained a little weight after a foot injury and with that came snoring that was keeping my better half up at night. She's taken to wearing ear plugs to drown me out while I work on losing that weight. So, in an effort for everyone to have a better night's rest I figured I'd give this a shot. It looks ridiculous... but... who cares? It is soft and relatively comfortable for something that's purposely restricting the movement of your jaw. You can open it if you really want to, but it puts just enough pressure on it to keep it closed when you're asleep. The material isn't irritating at all and the velcro bits don't rub against your skin.

Horrible product which smells and does not fit an adult head. Cheap material with a foul smell.Vendor is horrible and unprofessional to deal with for a refund and I had to message 8+ times and get Amazon to finally get a refund.Stay away from this vendor and buy better made and expensive products.

Again, we received these refundable products that is permeated with toxic smelling chemicals PLUS its supposed size for men/women, can only fit a child's head. Why does Amazon sell such toxic smelling products and stiff the consumers with the bill for unusable products. Again, shameful!!!!
