Excellent quality. Was so pleased to find a frame that was NOT plastic. Product was packaged well to prevent damage but not overkill. Instructions for assembly were easy to follow. They even supplied a pair of cotton gloves to prevent accidental cut from the sharp edges they warned about! I was able to assemble and mount my canvas within 15 minutes. Using small pieces of the cardboard packing helped keep the canvas centered within the floating space. That was one tip that could have been included in the instructions. Very pleased with the quality. Would definitely recommend!

On quality alone, this frame would definitely get 5 stars from me. The materials and workmanship were excellent and it looks great, BUT—I have to take a star off for the instructions. Oh, they were very clear, with photos, but they were incomplete. If you order one of these, understand that you have to slide the hangers in BEFORE you join the corners. The instructions made no mention of the hangers (there are 2) and I followed the instructions exactly, so I had the frame all together and the canvas mounted when I realized I couldn't add the hangers. I also had four corner pieces with a large central hole that weren't mentioned in the instructions, and I couldn't figure out what I was supposed to do with them. A 5-star product with 1-star instructions, but for me the main thing is the quality of the frame and that is why it gets a 4 instead of a 2.5.

This frame is great quality because it is made of metal, and not plastic, like other floating frames at this price point. It took me a good half an hour to put together (I am not that handy). I am happy with the finished product, but leaving 4 stars because it does take some time and finesse to put together.

It is nice and all but I ordered 3 frames and it only had 2 sets of assembly tools that went with it. Could’ve been easier if return/replacement is quick but I think this is coming from China and we waited more than two weeks for it to arrive so I don’t think asking for just the tools and waiting 3wks again is not worth it. I’m kinda disappointed since I was really excited to get these.
