Daen LiaGarlic, Olive Oil + Everything Else

I was looking forward to this and am not disappointed. I follow the author’s blog and have made several of her recipes. I try to use less butter and more olive oil, and came across her blog while searching for baked goods with olive oil. Honestly her banana bread recipe is amazing, better than my mom’s. I subbed pumpkin purée because I had so much, and it didn’t disappoint. I still follow her blog because she keeps posting new recipes.

My 15 year old granddaughter is an aspiring chef and lovesthis.

The photos alone make this book worth buying. It is well written, and easy to understand for a novice or experienced cook and baker. Although there is a conversion chart in the back of the book I do not like the metric measurements.

I bought this cook book as a present but bought another one for me too!! I follow Daen Lia and her recipes are fantastic!

I saw her on YouTube and instantly fell in love with her style.
