It gets the job done
I purchase this product to go with my new electric smoker. It is accurate but configuring the temperature different than the presets is very confusing.

I like the product but is not new. I thought I was purchasing new. And the temp reading isn’t accurate

This is not an accurate thermometer, off by 20
This is not an accurate thermometer, off by 20 degree's . side by side with my instant thermometer... it was not even close. this will over cook your food

Poor quality and no customer service.
In less than a year all of the probes are not accurately reading temperature. Seller has not responded to complaints. Would not recommend to anyone.

One probe went bad
So far I love the product, but the one probe went bad. How do I get a replacement. In description it said free replacement.
