We liked the price point . About $169-No written instructions12 x 12 is much nicer size than 10x10Only up a day or 2 . Don’t know if it will last 2 months or 2 years here in Florida.(Will take down with hurricane warnings ha)I did spray waterproofing $40- on top to help.Has 2 drain holes each side so heavy water doesn’t collapse it.We also ordered much needed pole weights $50-Screens seems nice …. Hint … unzip completely before attempting to put up. It will make it a lot easierRoof Material lightweight but 2 layersEnjoy!

So in love with this gazebo! It was very easy to set up, and it has provided a nice shaded area in the back yard!

Loved the super easy setup. Had pre sealed the seams but it still leaks.

Ordered by mistake but in returning it which was undamaged and unopened I was charged a return fee of $17 but was not notified until after I sent it back that there was a $28 restocking fee. Such BS.These canopies are terrible anyways they sure don’t last and metal frame material is cheap.I suggest purchasing a better quality item for summer shade.

It was very spacious, which is what I was looking for. And I really liked that the top velcroed to the screenhouse. However, one of the leg latches came busted. Had to put a stake in the hole so the leg wouldn't keep falling down. All the seams looked like they need repair and there were grommets all around the top. What is the purpose of these grommets? Most of the grommets had pin holes next to them. The top was sp tight, we were unable to pull the corners down to velcro to the screenhouse.

Too hard to set up, delivered with tears in box and that resulted in a tear in the screen material that we found after it was set up. The seller so far has refused to refund us.
