Good addition to home gym
The BOOSTEADY 27-in-1 Portable Gym, including an ab roller and a pilates bar, is a great addition to my at home workouts. It packs a whole gym's worth of gear into one easy-to-use set, which means I can do all sorts of exercises without needing a lot of space. The ab roller is comfortable to use and really works my core. The pilates bar is great, too, because I can use it for different kinds of workouts. It also comes with different resistant bands, ankle straps, handles, door anchor, knee pads, tensioner and a training guide. Having this variety has made my home workouts more fun and less of a chore. What I love most is how easy it is to keep everything organised and even take it with me if I'm traveling. It's like having a gym that moves with me, so I never have to miss a workout. Whether your aiming to get stronger, more flexible, or just stay active, this portable gym has a lot to offer. I must admit the board did take me some time to get used to as it requires a lot of body strength, especially when doing the green section which is for arms. However the more I use it the better I’m getting. Overall, good quality sturdy push up board. There are other push up boards out there that target more areas of your chest, shoulders, back and triceps. However this does come with extras and I can still do different workouts on the same muscle group. Overall a good pick for anyone looking to workout at home. It's simple to use, versatile, and keeps my fitness routine interesting, challenging and effective.
