I use this for bedtime. It smells amazing and a little bit goes a long way in the bottom of my feet. I love that this helps aid in sleep with just a bit on my feet. Safe for myself and my kids.

Works great for me

This is very creamy and lightweight. Not at all like the consistency of Other magnesium topical creams that I’ve had. Which I liked about it. But unfortunately, it doesn’t work as well as the heavier greasier creams. Smells great tho!

I had a good night sleep whenever I used this and it smelled nice too.

I've used this product for a couple of months now. It has a lovely scent and moisturizes nicely. I had hoped it would help me sleep and help me with leg cramps in the middle of the night. So far, it has not helped with either of those issues. There's nothing wrong with the product - it just doesn't seem to have any effect on my health other than resolving dry skin.

Bought the product, received it and was surprised at how small the bottle was for the price. Applied it, waited an hour, applied it again and again. NOTHING! What a disappointment. 'Better You' magnesium lotion way surpasses this and at a fraction of the price. What a waste! I ordered because I needed it now for now and 'Better You' was going to take at least 48 hours to get to me.

It work wonders for my restless legs. I usually find lavender/lavander scents overpowering but not in this cream.I’ve been using this cream for almost a month now, 3-4 times a week.Within 5 minutes of having rubbed it on my legs, the tingling sensations and the urge to move my legs stops, and I can finally rest.Will definitely buy again.

It's a good cream and smells pleasant, it hasn't made any difference to my leg cramps or restless legs but my skin feels amazing and it helped heal the cellulitis in my legs.

I wasn't sure this would work, given that magnesium chloride was so far down the list of ingredients. I have found that when I over indulge in chocolate, I experience severe, painful leg muscle cramps (from induced magnesium deficiency). Movement is almost impossible. As oral magnesium in high enough doses to reverse this would cause diarrhea, I now opt for topical applications. Applied extra layers over the cramped areas then the entire legs and arms and I was finally cramp and pain free and able to sleep. The one thing that I appreciate with this product is that it's not granular like plain magnesium oil and keeps the skin soft and supple, rather than puckered with the plain oil. However, I would like the formula slightly thicker.
