What I really love about this toy is the fact that it operates on solar power. I think this is a great initiative not only for the kids to learn about solar energy at a very early stage but also for the environment. While building this toy my lil one showed a lot of interest in solar power and solar energy so we were really pleased that this toy got him intuitive. The plastic is of good quality and doesn't have any nasty smell. The instructions are detailed and easy to follow. However, because of small parts an adult supervision and involvement is very much needed. This is a plus point for me as we got very much interested in building models and making it work and we got to spend some quality time with the kids. Kept us all away from our gadgets 😳 we really liked the Space explorer and space station and had hours of fun. Would make a lovely present for kids. Also love the fact that it not only works on solar power but comes with 3 different charging methods. This is really beneficial as in the upcoming winter months teh solar energy won't be enough to make the models work.Dislike: Pricewise, I think this set is slightly overpriced as compared to other similar sets available.PS: please keep a set of pliers handy as you will need it to cut the pieces.Hope you find this review helpful.

Poor quality, too difficult to build even for an adult. And it didn't work, waste of time and money

The set is pretty cool. It reminds me of an airfix model when you get it out of the box. The first things you need to make are the battery base and 2 gearboxes. Once these are made, the different configurations are built around them. It gives you the option to use the mini battery, which can be charged via the solar panel or the base, which needs 2 AAA batteries. Or you can just put the solar panels on the different setups to power them, which is fun on a bright day, but its handy to have options. Some of the parts needed a bit of clipping to remove excess plastic and I'm not sure the younger side of the target age group would be able to build these alone but I always intended on this being a joint activity. My 7 year old picked out which thing to build first. They didn't find the instructions too easy to follow, but we managed together, and it was fairly easy to work out once we got started. We had a great time doing this together, and my kid really enjoyed learning about solar power and how it works. We had beautiful weather this week so it was the perfect time for it. It's a great thing to do as a family away from screens and games.

Great toy, bought for my nephew and we had great fun in setting it up. Love the fact that it’s solar powered and also the fact that it’s a building exercise.It’s pretty versatile in the sense that you can build various different models!Overall highly recommended

Très éducatif surtout grâce à la conception du panneau solaire qui capte l'énergie solaire dans un moteur électrique . Son utilisation aussi bien en intérieur qu'en extérieur. Le fait de construire 6 éléments différents.

une piece est mal machiné ce qui empêche le fonctionnement du jouet en mode chien

Il a été impossible de construire ce produit et ne marche pas du tout malgré montage et démontage, mode de construction très mal fait.Que proposez vous ?
