This Tomahawk is well made, and while not an exact copy of the Winkler, it works for those of us who are James Reece fans and can't justify 900 dollars for the Winkler.

For $100, you get two quality made, well balanced, full tang blades. Personally, I think the main difference between these and a $600 knife is they need some personal finishing, I did wood burning and leather wrap for comfort of grip. Would absolutely recommend for anybody looking for a well made, fantastic price blade.

Tomahawk came bent to the left, I put it in a vice and bent it back waaaay too easily for it to be forged and hardened D2. The handle had sharp parts all over the handle. I’ll keep it as a practice piece. This is also incredibly light to be D2. Be aware this is cheap. And probably 440

1st off, I received this as a gift.I'm very impressed with the build of the knife and hatchet. The knife came pretty dull, and it's taken some work to get it to "working sharp". The hatchet is sharp, if very rough, and needs polishing.The sheaths are surprisingly good, though why they used foam for the welt is beyond me. But the leather itself is decent. I will probably end up making my own sheaths with some tweaks.All in all, it's an amazing set for the money.So why did I drop a star? Because they are a direct copy of the Winklers. That's just not right. But they are less than a 10th of what you would pay for a Winkler Belt Knife and RND axe, and I can see where that would have alot of appeal to folks. I'll update after I put them through their paces.

Nice set. Sharp when arrived. Fitting to handle could use some improvement but for price can’t beat it. I used a dremel and smoothed the handle transition to the tang

Perfect hatchet and knife set

These are two are well made tools. You are getting good value for your money. Are they the knife and tomahawk I would recommend for actual combat, no but they are sturdy real sharp and look great.
