I love the mirror itself however the lights will not turn on. I ha e batteries in and tried the plug. Disappointed b/c i already threw away the box. What a waste of money.Update: Great customer service! They reached out to me and sent a replacement and it works great!!! I bought this mirror for my wife because she needed one and she loved it!... Perfect size and really easy to assemble. The good quality of the different sizes of the mirrors give you an excellent view on every detail when putting on makeup (wife's testimony). Also the price is really good!

It has just about every single magnification a person could want in order to do their makeup. I probably won't even use the 10X mirror, but it's nice to have in case I need it. It has especially good lighting so that you know you have covered every possible flaw or finished every possible detail Then, when you step in to natural or normal lighting your makeup and face will look that much better, due to the power magnifications and lighting in this mirror. Well worth it. I know I will enjoy using it for many years to come. It is pretty much all I should need. Comes with a 5 foot USB cord too, so the extra length is very helpful.

I got this for my daughter who loves to wear make up and shes very creative with it. She loves this mirror, as it is bright enough to see each area she wants to highlight and contour. Also she loves the area to apply her eye shadow perfectly.

After a few hours of searching & reading reviews I really thought this would be the one for me. But unfortunately it's not even close. The lights are tiny spotlights, so when you look in the mirror in a dim room you see small spots of light on your face, making for bad visibility. I wanted an overall even light on my face like the listing photos show. It might work better if you already have a nicely lit room, but in a dim room it doesn't do the trick. On the plus side, its a nicely compact design, and the 10x mirror is a nice add on. Still, gotta return it for something that does the job better.Edit: I have upgraded from 2 to 4 stars because the seller was kind enough to issue me a full refund without requiring me to ship the item back, so those 2 extra stars are for good customer service, which really is priceless these days.

Flimsy construction. USB jack doesn't fit properly, cord doesn't connect properly, falls out immediately. When using batteries, light is too dim for use. Also the lighting design is poor -- the small round LEDs create more glare in your eyes than light on your face.ETA: The seller refunded the purchase price and did ask for the product to be returned. So I would give the seller a 5-star rating. Unfortunately though I can't recommend the product for the reasons above.ETA: Seller repeated contacted me pressuring me to delete my review or change it to 4-5 stars. The product description is misleading because it specifically claims higher quality than other similar products (for a higher price). But quality is no better and seller activity tries to manipulate reviews to skew results.

I don't see the point in the design of this mirror. The 10X mirror is a separate tiny mirror altogether. The size of a powder compact. The other side mirrors seem pointless. The main lit mirror has no magnification. Second, as others have noted as a complaint he lights don't work on mine. I checked the battery and the usb plug. As a side note, do not attach the base until you know you will keep the mirror. I broke the arm trying to get the base off which needs to come off to fit back in the box. Nearly impossible unless you hammer it off.

This mirror stopped working even though it has batteries and electrical cord. At the beginning it worked briefly and I noticed that it wasn't a sturdy, well balance, and wasn't easy to use. I wanted a big mirror, bright lights, and the ability to easily pluck my eyebrows and put on makeup. I have a small magnifying mirror of 15 by my shower. I had a stroke in July (I'm 46). I wanted to be able to sit and pluck but the positioning of the mirror was tilted. My magnifying 15 mirror is the small traveling kind but it didn't fit well on this larger mirror display so it fell off the time. A solid mirror display as I want apparently means a bigger investment. This is good for an adolescent, young adult, or someone not demanding so much from their mirror.
