Awesome bit of kit!!!
This is an amazing bit of kit! Only really stumbled across this when searching for a soundboard for my ghost busters Halloween costumeni was making and wanted to add some sound effects to it. Was a little concerned at first at the skill level involved to set this up(a novice/amateur) This was quickly changed when I got it and started to have a fiddle. Using their website was really easy to work my way through wiring it up and although came into a few issues with powering via USB(my fault) I ended up wiring a saperate power source. A simpIe sound file converter and its complete.will be buying more of these for future projects as its applications are endless, and now I know how easy it us to setup

Simple and effective.
Easy to use and lots of online info about specs etc. Wish it was cheaper for my use as I only needed one sound output.

Great Sound Player - Recommended
I really like this item. It's simple to use either via an Arduino or similar or through a simple switch. There are several triggers which can be configured across multiple sound clips, and each can be set up to work in multiple ways. The 3.5mm socket is good quality too, which is nice to see. Just beware that you'll need to convert your sound clips to the OGG format to use it (which is really no problem) and you'll be up and running with it in 5 minutes. Also note that this is the 2MB version - if your clips will total more than that (which they very well might) there is a 16MB variant available too. The Adafruit site has lots of information on how to use it. Absolutely fantastic item.

Adafruit Audio FX sound board.
This is a great little item for people who make props for cosplay. Programming is incredibly simple. Hook it up via micro usb and load the WAV files you want to play, (T01-T10). When the associated pin is grounded, boom the audio file will play. Add a simple amp and mini speakers and the options are endless.

Perfect but without instructions
Perfect product, perhaps lacking instructions but can be looked into on Adafruit site. I did not care about this but some buyers might.

Bought for fun
Bought this to make Mark Rober's friendly horn. It turned out 85% as well as Rober's. Fun project. No regrets.
