Completed first ride today and what a treat this bike is! Power is great, I can be on level one and still actively pedal for exercise in seventh gear. I didn't even have to get above power level 2 during our whole 20 mile ride with lots of uphill. I also was at 86% battery when we were done. It only takes half a rotation for the assist to kick in so thats awesome too! It is comfortable, and easy to use. I like that it is sleek and the battery can easily be popped out to bring out of the hot garage to charge.There was no charging chord and the seller got us one within a week.The front brakes make a clicking sound coming downhill so I'll need to see if that needs to be adjusted and I'm not sure if the throttle works properly, about half the time that I used it nothing happened and the other half it did.

Absolutely thrilled with my electric bike! The assembly process was a breeze – quick and hassle-free. What truly sets it apart is its user-friendly design. Brother speaking here, so it came in a package that was completely rapped in padding which is always good, at first it’s like wow but after seeing how it looks done, it’s even better!!! It has lights for the front that you can adjust, it has a BREAK light function, you can take the battery off but only with a key, which is great, kinda hard to steal 👍👍. It also has little screen, it can be really bright, you can adjust it, it also shows speed, miles, battery life, how much power your using, it also has a push function, so when you’re walking it, it can help you, the seat makes the butt fit pretty good and comfortable but you can always upgrade. step through with a big seat height adjustment. Really good on stability, so far it can move really quick so kinda watch out for it.

Perfect first time e-bike. Easy enough to put together. My rear tire went flat so I had the tires and tubes replaced and this company footed the entire bill. All response’s were made in a timely manner. I went with this company because of high customer service satisfaction and I found that claim to be true! I would recommend this e-bike and this company.

Putting together the bike was pretty straight forward. The only thing we struggled a bit with was getting one of the peddles screwed on where one side was super easy and the other must have had goofy thread. It was easy to ride after watching a few videos and so far has worked great on short local rides. Just gotta figure out if it's possible to mount on a trunk bike rack due to its weight and awkward shape, but that's likely any ebike.

Update: After one ride my back tire was completely flat. I was so bummed. I bought the insurance but the seller responded within a couple hours saying they would send a replacement tube. But I had no idea how to change the tube so they said they would reimburse me the cost to take it to a repair shop. Took it to the bike shop, I asked what the issue was and they said the tube wasn’t seated properly in the seal and the spokes punctured the tube! But they fixed it, I turned it in to the seller and they reimbursed me the entire cost of the repair immediately. I must say, it’s been a long time since I have customer service this good. They were on it and made me one happy customer!I did a ton of research for a long time before deciding on the ActCore e-bike. It’s plenty fast. Definitely looks and feels like a much more expensive bike. You are basically just spinning your legs when you get to level 4 & 5 but that’s fine. I can tell I will either just be riding it as pure bike with no assist, or level 1/2, or full throttle. But so far, it’s everything I wanted and more!

Received the bike on 10/13/23 and my husband had it assembled by the time I got home with no issues. I've only ridden it a few times but so far so good. We bought this ebike as a starter ebike and honestly to simply get me out of the house and a bit more tolerate on bike in hopes of beimg able to get back on my normal bike soon. I have to say for the price it's been fantastic. It's super easy to maneuver and very comfortable. The seat is a bit hard but for my purposes it will do. I would highly recommend it and have do so already to several co-workers. Will update the review if anything changes.

I love this bike. I actually enjoy riding it a lot and have put almost 100 miles on it since October 13th. It rides smooth, and it has gotten up to 25mph. My only complaint is that I wish the tires were wider. I can’t lean into a curve at full speed like my boyfriend can on his e-bike with fat tires. Aside from that would I recommend it? Yes. If I had to do it all over knowing what I know now would I buy it again? Absolutely!
