For those who have plastered walls.The only solution is to buy special plaster bolt anchors or very long bolts that can go through the bed/platforms, plastered wall and concrete behind it and screw a few additional large screws for extra support. Also, to keep in mind that it is not a 100% solution, plastered walls don't provide enough support, it's all about the wall behind plaster.I came up with an idea to also buy separate long planks of wood (cut them as needed) and attach it with angle brackets under the bed/platforms and to the floor for support. Works well and sturdy enough to hold cats weight. I built an entire cat wall with various cat beds, bridges and platforms this way.Finally, to hide naked wooden planks. I bought a 14mm decking cord and wrapped around wooden planks. A cat can scratch or claim it. Since its a quite thick rope, no glue is needed, keep it tight, and screw ends to the plank. Depending amount of wooden planks used you might want to buy a lot of rope, 10m of 14mm rope will cover approximately 70-80cm of your 4x4 cm wide wooden plank.50m of such rope will cost £30-40, semi-expensive project. However, you don't have to do it all at once if you are interested in it, can be a long term one.

Great climbing system which was easy to put up . I took advice from other reviews and purchased longer screws fixtures as people complained of it coming away from wall and I’ve had no problems .

She loves it and spends hours of the day curled inside the hammock. The whole set up with shelves has become part of the mad half hour ritual too: bounding up and down the wall like a freak.We have a log house so used our own, longer wood screws to fix it.Only complaint is the beige colour :/

Not very big, my chunky monkeys can just about sit on them but couldn’t lie down or they would just be hanging over the edge. I’ve used my hand to help indicate the size

My younger cats love these shelves! I have 9 cats and the shelves give privacy and comfort to the cats when needed.

Terrible fixings that doesn’t support the shelves. Put six holes in my wall unnecessarily. Now need to fill, redecorate and go to a hardware shop to buy proper plaster butterfly fixings.

My Cat Misty Loves these shelf’s, she loves to watch what goes on and can get up high if she watch her humans. will buy another soon
