Trash - Company ignores it's clients
Bought this and now it doesn't work. Stuck on initializing. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times and they do not respond. Their 24month warranty is worthless.

Very Disappointed
The system worked for awhile, although remote viewing was often unavailable with no explanation. In the last month, the unit will do nothing but beep. When I log in to the website/box with HDMI cable, it says "Not detect correct version of the control. click install / update controls". But if you click, nothing happens. And if you click "Help" nothing happens. There is no way to update or make the control box work again.Cameras are good. Decent quality. Software and ability to connect give this 1 star, at best. I have had this system for about 18 months.

This is not sold as described! There was not a HDD! I am very unhappy!
