There’s nothing to like about this than the water taste really like plastics and chemicals like an alien should be drinking. It waste a lot of water. If I had a Time Machine I would go back and never bought this filter machine because ain’t no way water should taste so horrible it’s not purified water it’s plastic chemical water that makes everything taste bad 😒 I wish I could get back my money for buying this machine that makes water taste so nasty.

I've washed the water tank and rinsed the filters but the water still tastes like plastic. Whether it is hot or cold it doesn't matter. I do like that it heats water and I don't think others have had this issue.Any suggestions or advice would be happily accepted.

Taste and smell was awful! Capacity not what was expected

This water purifier wastes a lot of water, more than what is advertised. Also, the filtered water TDS false. The filtered display among never changes, it is always says 3 TDS. When I tested the filtered water, I got 13 TDS, alot higher than what the filter display says. Customer service is non existent. There is no phone number only an email address and they do not respond to emails. The only good thing about this is, that it looks good.

The media could not be loaded. it was very easy to set up and use. the instruction manual had all the instructions on it so you’ll be able to see how to use it. the water tastes very clean and it comes with a detachable stand for your cup. it’s small and compact and doesn’t take up too much counter space. it’s about the size of, if not smaller, than our coffee machine. there’s also room temperature and hot water, you can adjust the temperature of the hot water that is dispensed. it’s very straight forward to use, start/stop to dispense water, unlock for hot water, temp to set temperature of water. would recommend for people who want clean, filtered water that doesn’t take up too much space 👍
