No, it does not. Just be sure to empty/clean it out often. You have to make slow movements for best results.

Q: Is this strong enough to completely remove my eyebrows and course hairs near lip corners?

Coarse hairs near lip, should be no problem. I haven’t removed my eyebrows, so not sure about that .
