This works great on hot spots and areas that you are trying to improve but what is surprising is how much it helps other areas and treats spots and skin imperfections that you didn’t know were treatable or that you could do anything about. I lather him up and leave it on 10-15 minutes before rinsing every time he takes a shower.

Much thicker than another brand I have been using, so will last longer. Smells fresh scent instead of blueberry, would purchase again! Pump was tricky to get open, but once I hit it to open, no issues.

My pug got yeast infection around his neck and I thought this shampoo would help with his condition. We changed the collar too. The shampoo itself didn’t bring him relief even after washing him several times. We ended up getting hydrocortisone spray and medicated pads to get rid of the yeast.

Bought this back in October 2019 along with the probiotic from the same company. I was quite desperate to find something that would work for my dogs skin seasonal allergies. His skin Iooked like terrible dandruff and when you scratch it the fur would fall off leaving bald patches all over his body. Ive been to 4 different vets and not 1 was able to figure out what was going on. This was a yearly occurrence and always happened around the same time of year. After hundres of dollars of vet bills it wasnt until I found a blog where someone commented that Chlorhexidine Shampoo and probiotic worked on her dog. This lead me to an Amazon search and found this product.Let me tell you.This stuff is amazing. It worked. It really really worked. I bathed him two times a week and within a 1 month his skin began to heal. The crusty dandruff like skin condition began to show less and less. It is now completly gone when December hit. This could be due to the seasonal allergens causing his skin condition are no longer in the air but id like to think this product help control it. Either way its completely gone and I'm so much happier that my dogs condition is gone and he regrew his fur.I saw some other reviews about the pump not working. I didnt have that problem so maybe they forgot to twist the pump so it pops up. I posted some pictures to show how it came in the box in the locked position. So hopefully this helps.About the shampoo:To me it has a nice scent. Not to sure how to describe it but its not horrible.The shampoo has a light lather. So you wont see that many bubbles with it.Follow the directions. I fully believe leaving it in for the full 10 minutes help my dog.I will gladly buy this product again. Its also a huge plus that its Made in the USA.

You have to use a lot due to low coverage and lather.

Bought this shampoo I was desperate to get her to stop itching and she had huge hives ,this shampoo is super thick but hard parts leaving in on her 10 minutes but do this the results are amazing !Helps tremendously !

My poor cat had been itching and scratching with a rash that just seemed to keep spreading, leaving sores and scabs and a very miserable kitty (11 years old). I too researched what it might be and possible over the counter solutions. The prescribed medicines from the vet run between $70-$140 and have possible dangerous side effects. I am always apprehensive about to the vet, and was hoping to find something VET grade and effective. I read all of the review and happily paid the money. To wash a cat is no easy feat. But I read the instructions and it said work into a lather. The only way to geta good lather going is to have a completely wet pet first. I placed my Cat in the tub with lukewarm water, held by his scruff, and really soaked his fur but not his face or head. Then I took him out and put the shampoo on. It worked into a great lather, which I rubbed into his skin and really bad areas on his tail,spine,and under his chin and stomach. Then after it was really rubbed into the skin, I used a Cat brush, to gently brush the hair to help allow for a really good 10 minutes to allow the shampoo to kick in. After that, I put the cat back in the tub and rinsed as much as I could off, followed by a shower under the faucet. When drying him off, I brushed him again and noticed the scabs were coming off very easily. Right now he is still drying but there are No More Scabs. I'm amazed that this shampoo worked ...immediately. Incredible product. Follow the directions and you should see results if your cat has skin allergies of dermatitis. I will wash him again in a week, just to seal the deal. Worth every penny.
