My daughter loves it! She is very happy to finally have one.

Do not buy. My son has had this for a month and right away I wasn’t sure about this device. First it beeps constantly. The manual says it will beep when it goes more than 6mph, well it’s more like 3mph because even when he is just slowly going down our hallway, inside the house, there is no way he could hit that speed but still it beeps and beeps and beeps. The first week or so the battery lasted about 40 mins which I thought was terrible but I guess that’s normal for these? But now a month in it only last 15 mins or so before it starts beeping and the battery flashes red. I tried to find a support website or phone number I could call to get help but it appears none exist. So to sum up if you love annoying beeping and terrible battery life this is the hoverboard for you, otherwise avoid at all costs. No I will begin the long process of trying to return and replace this trash.

This was great for the 1 week it lasted. Now one of the sensors is not working. Have recalibrated it a bunch of times and can not fix the side that doesn’t work. It was a present for my son he was waiting for, for a few months, and now it doesn’t work at all. Emailed company for help. Heard nothing back. So, I Sent a return request in. Waiting to see if we can return it. If not, my son is out a birthday present and we are out $100.

I’m still fighting to get my refund there’s only been about 2% of all the items I’ve ever bought that I needed to return. Still waiting to get labels so I can ship it without being charged almost as much as the product was to buy.
