Teriyaki Sauce by Shota Nakajima

Real teriyake; excellent flavor

I purchased 2 bottles of this teriyaki sauce, one for me and one for my brother who lives in Hawaii. We both grew up on the islands as kids and our mom used to make her homemade teriyaki sauce, and we've loved the flavor ever since. This isn't Mom's recipe, but, it's pretty darned close. Good stuff.

So disappointed ! I am a big fan of Chef Shota , thats why I decided to purchase this Expensive $13.99 Teriyaki sauce ! It EXPIRED 5/24/24 and today is 9/21/24 . This item is now refundable. 😥

I made some homemade beef jerky with it - just the sauce and some fresh green onion and Thai basil. It was fantastic!And the sauce is great by itself too, I can’t wait to make some stir fry with it, or grill some chicken/shrimp!Big time fan of Chef Shota from Food Network, and now I’m a loyal customer as well!

This is great on rice or any protein

Love this sauce. Hits all the right notes. My only neg and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that High Fructose Corn Syrup is used as a sweetener. Its not very good for you, and i wish something else was used for sweet.

A must for your kitchen, one taste and you will know.

This is an amazing sauce, use it as a basic teriyaki sauce as well as a marinade.
