I have using this clock/camera in my office for when I am gone. I have all the settings set at medium and it works great. I really like the field of view and the picture quality that gets recorded. I will be buying another clock for the house.

I have hooked up devices before, and it was a pain. This product almost hooked up itself. Once it is plugged in and you download the app, it just works. Especially for the price, this was an excellent value. It informs me when someone enters the room and you can record video on top of the pictures. It also has other features I have not explored yet, but one that is awesome is the infrared option for when it is dark. You can adjust all the options on your phone. The best part is that it looks like a clock. No matter how well you examine the clock, you cannot see the camera. I would purchase this again.

First they put in a card (in an envelope called instructions) to receive a $20 Amazon gift card for a positive review which can only explain the good reviews. I recently bought security cameras on Amazon to watch my dog so I think I have a good comparison of how these should work. The first clock I got, the power cord plug broke. The metal part is extra long to go over the plastic cover which probably makes it weaker and definitely harder to replace it you need a longer cord. It didn't fit well so broke as I was trying to plug it in. The second clock I got worked. The app is terrible. It provides notifications but clicking on those notifications doesn't open anything. It only sometimes records motion video and other times doesn't even though it produces a notification of that motion. Also you have to have a micro SD card to record and they recommend San-disk (which I used). It went off line for no reason (which changes the time) but then came back online (and fixed the time) and I've only had it plugged in a few hours. It also says it's off line while giving notifications so explain that. Now it's offline (with notifications and the correct time) and won't go back online. I closed the app and reopened and now it's back online. The app doesn't let you open settings or anything when it's offline. The app is not intuitive with videos in two places if you can even get them to record. The camera is unreliable. I'm returning it. Disappointing since I needed a hidden camera.

Absolutely impressed with this camera clock! It's sleek, easy to set up, and delivers crystal-clear images. I love how discreet it is, blending seamlessly into its surroundings. Definitely ordering more for added security and peace of mind!

I love that it's discreet. You can't tell there's a camera under the glass unless you look closely while it's off but with the clock light shining through it's almost invisible! The quality is amazing. I love that I can record on my phone with sound! Has given me so much peace of mind with my child. He has autism so it's hard for him to communicate things that may be of concern. Especially while I'm away at work! Definetly recommend it.

The media could not be loaded.  Awesome camera clock. You can’t tell that it’s a camera, perfect accuracy clock and the video quality is spot on. Definitely discreet and easy to use. Worth the money! I do recommend this item.

The camera itself seems fine. The picture quality is good. I have no complaints there. The app, however, is not good. It'll connect here and there, but mostly, it doesn't. You just have to keep trying until it shows online. Fix the app and you're 5 stars. As is, it's somewhat usable, but nothing you can rely on.
