Sea Devil
This is a great doctor who figure! It's 'fishnet' its wearing is made of proper net, not plastic. There is lots of articulation too. I could see no paint slop either. He even comes with a gun you can make it hold! The white strap around the centre is removable too, but might break if put under lots of pressure. In all, i think this is a must get for any doctor who fan!

Underrated
This figure sadly shelfwarmed everywhere, to the point where many places were actually giving the things away, and I think this is a real shame. It's obviously less interesting than daleks and cybermen and the like, and isn't exactly loaded with accessories - the heat ray is fairly dull and the fishnet looks flimsy (it's actually pretty durable unless you intentionally try to break it). But what this has over many Who toys is it's sheer engineering chops. Fully articulated, ball joints, swivels, the Sea Devil is possibly the most playable figure in the lineup. The quality of the sculpt is excellent, and as a monster design it's still a lovely creation that would need very little updating to fit in the modern series. If you have any heart for the Sea Devils, or for good toy design, I'd seriously reccomend this for children and adults old enough to know better. ;)(Might want to shop around abit first, chances are you could get a stunning deal on these.)
